The Contract Journal news widget allows you to show the latest construction industry news headlines on your website, free of charge. It is a short piece of HTML code which is easy to add to your website. This is how it typically looks:

How does the widget work?

Once the widget is in place on your website, it will refresh automatically as new stories are added to the Contract Journal website. Typically, there are 15-20 new stories each day.

What's it in for me?

It means visitors to your website have something new to look at every day, so they might visit more often, and stay longer when they do. More visitor traffic means more awareness of your website and your brand.

How do I insert it into my website?

Simply choose the size of widget you require from the list below, copy the code and drop it into your site.

The widget code can be inserted anywhere on an HTML page. Just make sure that you have the previous code backed up safely, and can restore the original version of your site.

Technical note: The widget relies on some Javascript code; if the visitor looking at the widget has Javascript turned off (or it is not installed at all) the widget will display static links to our news pages rather than the latest news stories.
