Styles & Wood brings in new chairman

Jim Martin has been appointed as chairman of Styles & Wood, the struggling fit-out specialist that suffered a 94% drop in the value of its share price last year.

It was announced back in June that the group’s two former leaders, Gerard Quiligotti and Neil Davies would be standing down as at 31 December.

That decision has already resulted in the arrival of Ivan McKeever as chief executive officer.

McKeever said: "The Board is delighted that Jim has agreed to take on the role of chairman.”
