Hilife Construction has won work worth a total of £13m on four separate projects.

February will see the Caterham-based contractor start work on a 54-unit care scheme in Warlingham, Surrey; a 60-bed care home in Teddington, Richmond; and a 65-bed care home in Worthing, West Sussex.

All three are scheduled for completion in May 2010.

It has already commenced work on a fourth project - a respite centre in Surrey.

Commenting on the new work and general outlook for 2009, Hilife’s managing director Michael Brown said:

“Securing these contracts has given our team a great lift and we look forward to working on each of these projects to provide first-class facilities. Although we anticipate a tough year our efforts on building relations with preferred clients appears to be paying dividends at present.”
