Apollo Property Services Group has won a five-year contract worth £22.5m to refurbish and maintain social housing for William Sutton Homes.
The contractor will work within William Sutton's 'South & Central' regions, covering all planned maintenance, major repairs, cyclical works and improvement.
Rob McGregor, chief executive officer for the Apollo Group, said:
“We are delighted to have further strengthened our services provision to the Affinity Sutton Group which is one of the largest providers of affordable homes in the country. William Sutton Homes is the largest part of the group and is renowned for its active resident involvement.
“Our housing team has delivered an outstanding result, beating 62 companies in competition for the appointment. The longevity of the programme will enable us to forge strong links with residents and improve the quality of life for hundreds of families.
“Our expertise in delivering major community investment projects means we finished the year in great shape and with a solid forward order book.”
Apollo revealed that it won contracts worth £528m in 2008.
