ISG Pearce has announced that its retail division has won £140m of contracts from a string of its food-sector clients – the list includes Tesco, ASDA, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons.
The work will be undertaken during 2009.
The workload will be spread across 40 locations and the projects include extensions and refreshing existing units as well as new build work.
Projects range in size from £500,000 to over £10m.
As a result, turnover at ISG Pearce’s retail division in the period ending 30 June 2009 is likely to run 20% higher than the previous year – the 2008 figure was £88m.
Colin Forrest, managing director of ISG Pearce said: “This is repeat business and underscores the service and the relationships that we have with our customers. This is a good way for us to start 2009”.
