Ashford Construction scores £19.8m Rugby education deal

Ashford Construction has sealed a £19.8m education deal in the Midlands.

The scheme is the design and build of a College of Further Education in Rugby for Warwickshire College.

The project will provide around 16,000m² of floor space in a single structure varying from one to four storeys.

The client is St Modwen company Key Property Investments.
