Powerscreen is set to make another 90 redundancies at its base in County Tyrone.
The mobile screening equipment manufacturer had already made 70 workers redundant at the end of 2008, and blamed the latest move on a drop in orders.
A total of 490 people work for the company.
The news follows a review of global operations by Powerscreen's parent company, Terex.
Terex has already indicated that there will be more than 300 redundancies, more than 200 of them at Terex Pegson in Leicestershire.
