House builder Taylor Wimpey has pushed back the publication of its preliminary results, having so far failed to conclude negotiations with backers over its £1.6bn debt.
Testing of its debt covenants will also be deferred a second time, according to the Financial Times.
Discussions, which has seen Taylor Wimpey talk to 50 different lenders over nine months, are expected to finish in April. The company has proposed to publish its results after they are concluded.
The company said the discussions were at an "advanced stage". They were originally supposed to reach a conclusion during March.
In a statement, the company said: "We remain in discussions with our debt providers, including the providers of our bank facilities, our private placement noteholders and bondholder committees."
