Crane collapse kills builder

A crane collapse in north London killed a 26-year-old construction worker last Friday.

An inquest into the death of Craig Page from Islington opened today at St Pancras Coroner's Court.

He is believed to have been killed by a falling five-tonne crane with a four-section extended jib.

The Health and Safety Executive served an immediate prohibition notice stopping work on the site following tye accident
