Fresh credit for Persimmon

Persimmon has confirmed it has signed new credit agreements with its banks.

The York-based house builder had earlier this month said it had agreed new terms and conditions with its funders for credit facilities and the arrangement of a new Forward Start Banking Facility.

In an update to the Stock Exchange this morning, the company said it had signed up to the new facilities at the end of last week.
