Lightweight tracked loader from Bobcat

Bobcat's new T110 compact tracked loader is 1.2m wide and less than 2.3m long (without attachment), but it offers almost 2m of dump height. It weighs 2.3t and can be towed on a light trailer by mid-sized vehicles.

The T110 has a 505kg rated capacity and a 1.4t tipping load, while its 250mm-wide rubber tracks give a ground pressure of 0.32kg/cm² (31.7kPa) to minimise site damage and provide a 8.4km/hr travel speed. A four cylinder, 31.2kW Kubota diesel engine provides 52.2l/min of hydraulic flow. More than 20 attachments can be fitted using Bobcat's Bob-Tach attachment mounting frame.

Its glazed cab has a front door (with windscreen wiper) and the top and rear windows can be removed. A cab heater is optional, as is a deluxe instrument panel with a keyless ignition system.

Its closed undercarriage has a keel-shaped belly pan and lubrication-free, sprung, triple-flange steel track rollers, and the transmission belt drive is automatically tensioned. A large 6mm-thick steel tailgate allows one-side servicing. Both the hydraulics and hydrostatics are beneath the tilting cab.
