Norfolk: Housing repair and maintenance

Value: £71m

Victory Housing Trust, based in North Walsham, is advertising for a contractor to supply repair and maintenance services to its 4,700 properties. The 10 year deal will include responsive, empty property and emergency repairs. It may also involve estate improvement works.

London: Construction project management

Value: £45m

University College London is seeking to appoint a project management service to design and construct a scientific research facility in central London. The Sainsbury Wellcome Centre for Neural Circuits and Behaviour will be funded by the Gatsby Charitable Foundation and the Wellcome Trust.

St Andrews: Student accommodation

Value: £21m

The University of St Andrews is looking to appoint a contractor for the design and phased construction of accommodation for up to 800 students. The first phase will be for 252 beds and worth £10m. Subject to the university's requirements a further two phases of worth £5.5m may be specified.

Durham: Facilities management

Value: £5.2m

Facilities management services are being advertised for the University of Durham's Stockton, Durham City and Net Park Sedgefield sites. The University prefers to award the contract to a single supplier who is able to perform general maintenance, cleaning and security, with the possibility of grounds maintenance, pest control and PAT testing.

Plymouth: Drain repair

Value: £5m

Plymouth City Council is advertising for a contractor to perform drain repair to its housing stock. The value of the contract is stated as being between one and five million pounds.
