Galliford Try has won a £6m contract for London Underground to upgrade 12 former Silverlink stations on the Overground Line.
The contract is for electrical, telecommunications and civils works.
The company also confirmed a £13m win for a regeneration project at Newport station in South Wales, news of which emerged earlier this month.
Galliford Try chief executive Greg Fitzgerald said: "We are delighted to secure new work in the rail sector for both Network Rail and London Underground, underlining our capacity to provide clients with a single source construction solution to their projects."
