Scottish Highlands: Housing development

- Five housing associations in the Scottish Highlands and Islands are looking to establish a four year framework with a maximum of seven suppliers. The work will include the construction of housing developments and all associated infrastructure and services.

London: Repair and maintenance
- Value: £42.5m-£85m
- Peabody is advertising for contractors to perform repairs and voids maintenance in properties across London. The work is split into three lots, separated geographically into south London, north east London and north west London. It is looking for one contractor for each area to repair domestic properties, void properties, office accommodation and community facilities.

Paisley: Housing improvements
- Value: £50m-£70m
- Renfrewshire Council is looking for four contractors to join a four year framework to perform an improvement programme across its housing stock. The work will include all internal improvements in order to bring the 12,600 properties to Scottish Housing Quality Standard by 2015.

St Helens: Leisure Construction
- Value: £44m
- Langtree group is looking for a contractor to build a mixed use development which includes a new stadium for St Helens Rugby League Football Club. The project is on a site known as the United Glass Site and will include a 17,980 capacity stadium and a Tesco supermarket.

Swansea: Asbestos removal
- Value: £18m
- Swansea City Council is advertising for a maximum of five contractors for a four year contract to provide asbestos testing and removal. Some 16 local authorities will be calling off the work, which is divided into four lots; asbestos surveying, testing, supervision of removal and removal.
