The Council have now narrowed the original list of five bidders to three: Biffa Waste Services. Enterprise Managed Services. Serco Consortium made up of Shanks, Pure Recycling, Jack Moody and Community Waste. An appointment should be announced September 2010. Scoping opinion granted (TP ref DC/07/48524).
