Police in Halifax have arrested the unnamed director of a local construction firm who took photos of a car accident as he drove past.
The Halifax and Calderdale Evening Courier reported that the 36-year-old man leaned out of the wndow of his Nissan Cabstar while driving at 20mph to snap a blue Fiat Punto which had flipped on its roof, in full view of cops.
Police told the man to stop taking photos and he drove off.
They later tracked him down through his number plate and arrested him.
He will appear in court next week.
