Fathers 4 Justice arrested after tower crane protest

By Will Mann

Two men from the group New Fathers 4 Justice (NF4J) have been arrested after staging a Father's Day protest in Newport, South Wales, where they climbed tower cranes dressed as Banana Man and Captain America.

The protest, at a construction site on a university campus, began at around 7am on Sunday and lasted three hours, according to the South Wales Argus.

David Hodge and Sean Wheeler draped banners over the side of the cranes, one of which read: 'Where's Daddy? New Fathers 4 Justice'.

The two men were arrested by police after climbing back down, and were being held on suspicion of trespass.
