Residual waste management solution, VARIOUS

West Lothian Council wish to procure a residual waste management solution. The council owns a 6 ha site which has planning consent for 200,000 tonnes per annum including mechanical or biological treatment. The successful operator will design, build and operate the necessary waste management facilities. Additional Information: The client is expected to appoint three advisors for the scheme October 2009. The three advisors will be Technical, Financial and Legal advisors. Once appointed the Technical advisor is expected to start procurement procedures to secure contractor services. A contractor is expected to be appointed late 2009/early 2010.
