Registered social landlord Poplar HARCA is advertising for contractors to deliver its development and regeneration programme. It currently manages around 8,500 across east London. Approximately 10% of the programme will be regeneration based project and 90% will be new build.

Hackney Homes, the ALMO of the London Borough of Hackney, is looking for four contractors to undertake its Decent Homes programme. The organisation manages 31,525 properties which will be brought up to date over a four year period.

Anglian Water Services is advertising its AMP5 (Asset Management Period 5) framework. It expects to appoint around 30 contractors on the five year framework to deliver the work worth around £50m-£60m a year.

Paisley: Construction framework
Value: £88m-£350m
Renfrewshire Council is looking for four contractors to work throughout Paisley to deliver community infrastructure. Work includes refurbishment and new build of education, leisure, civic, historical and community buildings. The council expects the majority of contracts to be design and build.

Value: £85m
Edinburgh International Conference Centre wishes to expand with a new facility, atrium building and office building. It has already appointed an architect, services engineer and civil engineer and is now looking for a contractor with experience in city centre mixed use construction projects.
