Two builders have been convicted of manslaughter and health and safety breaches, following the death of a 15-year-old labourer in April 2007.
Adam Gosling died instantly from massive head injuries in April 2007 after he had been ordered to prop up the wall along with his 18-year-old brother Dean who watched him die.
Colin Holtom and Darren Fowler were today convicted at the Old Bailey after pleadning guilty to Gosling's manslaughter.
An earlier hearing into the accident was adjourned in April. It heard that Adam and his brother had been left unsupervised to knock down the seven-metre high wall.
Adam was earning £25 a day as a labourer after deciding to give up on full-time education to join his older brothers working as a casual labourer for Holtom.
