BAM cleared over blacklist

BAM Construct UK has been officially told today it is not part of the ongoing inquiry into construction industry blacklisting by the Information Commissioner.  

A statement said: "The company has never used a blacklisting service and has received confirmation from the Information Commissioner that it is not part of its inquiry".  

Royal BAM Group’s civil engineering company in the UK, BAM Nuttall, has received a similar notification.
