Hobson and Porter wins £12m Hull housing deal

Hull contractor Hobson and Porter has won a £12m contract to refurbish 2,000 homes in the west of its home city.

Client is Gateway, a housing market renewal pathfinder for Hull and East Yorkshire.

Work will start on site in October, and includes new fascias, paths, gutters and brick walls and railings to the front boundary of the Victorian-era properties.

The contract secures 60 jobs at Hobson and Porter.
