Glasgow housing design-and-build deal out to tender

Santuary Housing Association is looking for between four and six contractors to tender for a 20-month contract to design and build around 80 houses in the Carbrain and Cumbernauld areas.

The contract has an estimated value of £8m and requests for participation have to be received by mid day on 16 November.
