£18m house cladding and refurbisment deal on offer in Manchester

Southway Housing Trust is looking for a contractor to install external cladding and replace the windows, doors and roofs on its houses and cottage flats in South Manchester. The 19 month contract is expected to be worth between £15m and £18m and also includes general refurbishment of the properties.

It expects to compile a tender list of six to10 companies and is inviting expressions of interest before mid day on 20 November.
