Ashtead to open second on-site depot in Stratford

A-Plant is to set up an on-site rental depot on Bovis Lend Lease’s £1.1bn Stratford City Project.

The Stratford City Project leaves the post-2012 legacy of new homes together with one of the largest new urban parks in Europe for 150 years, public squares and open space.  A new education campus is being constructed alongside multi-use community facilities and infrastructure connecting the new buildings with the wider Stratford environment to create.

Construction work started on the Stratford City Project in June 2008 and A-Plant already has an on-site depot in Stratford through its participation in the Hire Alliance Consortium.
