The planning application for the £5.5bn redevelopment of Battersea Power Station has been submitted to the London Borough of Wandsworth by developer Treasury Holdings.
The plans include 3,700 homes, 150,000m2 of offices and 65,000m2 of retail and restaurant space, plus a conference centre and hotel.
Treasury Holdings managing director Rob Tincknell said: "We are extremely confident that two years of detailed discussions mean that this masterplan represents the aspirations and concerns of all the stakeholders involved, not least the Battersea community."
