Lakesmere bags £28m of contract wins

Lakesmere has won a series of contracts in the leisure, education and health sectors, worth a total of £28m.

The wins include:

• Several wins at the company's southern office worth over £11m, including a spa/leisure facility extension at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel in London’s Mayfair, the RAF Museum in Hendon North London, the new Riverside Energy From Waste (EFW) management facility in Belvedere in the London borough of Bexley and a contract to create a roof and cladding package for a temporary baggage factory at Gatwick Airport.
• £9.2m of new contract wins at Lakesmere's Glasgow office, including contracts at Ravenscraig Sports Facility in North Lanarkshire, Edinburgh Napier University, Breadalbane Academy in Aberfedy near Perth and the Forth Valley Hospital in Lambert.
• In the North, the company has bagged education contracts worth £5.6m, including various works at the new Co-Operative and Enterprise Academies in Manchester.
