A96 upgrade, MORAY

Upgrading of a 1.2 km section of the A96 carriageway, improving visibility on the approaches to the junction.

Additional Information: A report on non statutory objections will be submitted to the Scottish Executive next month for a ruling on validity of objections. A decision is expected late 2009/early 2010. Procurement is expected to commence Spring 2010 with a notice published in the European Journal.
