School refurb, PETERBOROUGH

Major refurbishment works to school estate. Scheme will be let under the Academies Framework Agreement. Total project value is £80 million. The framework will now submit their bids. A shortlist of two will be selected early December 2009. A preferred bidder is expected to be announced May 2010. Framework list includes Kier, Willmott Dixon, Carillion, Balfour Beatty, Skanska and Laing O’Rourke.
