• Remediation works to contaminated land for future development. Scheme will be undertaken in two phases. Phase 1. Exposing the underground tanks and removing/treating the contents. Phase 2. Lifting and crushing various concrete elements for re use and undertaking the remediation of the underlying land to the approved remediation strategy. The Tannery site covers 1.4ha and the Penpoll site covers 2.2ha. Tannery, Hawthorne Road.
