Tenders invited for £44m housing repairs framework

Wandsworth Borough Council is seeking contractors for a £44m framework deal which will involve repairing homes throughout the borough.

A maximum number of two participants is envisaged for the four-year deal.

The framework is split into 13 lots which cover works at vacant units in the eastern, central, western and southern areas of the borough; works at tenanted properties in the same areas; works at communal areas in all areas; and borough-wide plumbing services.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 27 November.
