Welsh housing associations invite tenders for £45m framework

A consortium of five housing associations in Wales is seeking contractors for a £45m the new build and refurbishment of social housing.

The Undod consortium is looking for up to eight participants on the four-year deal.

The framework will be split into two lots. Lot one, worth a total of £20m, is for contracts over £500,000. Lot two is worth up to £25m, and is for contracts under £500,000.

The deadline for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 4 December 2009.
