The Ministry of Justice is inviting tenders for its Minor Works Framework agreement, worth a total of up to £200m.
The authority hopes to have the four-year framework in place by September 2010, and up to 300 participants are envisaged.
The framework will be for the delivery of building and civil engineering works up to a value of £500,000, but generally up to the value of £150,000.
The time limit for receipt of tenders of requests to participate is 17 November.
