Galliford Try wins £6.3m commercial refurb contract

Galliford Try has won a £6.3m contract to refurbish a commercial unit at Pine Trees Estate in Staines for Aberdeen Property Investors UK.

The contract involves enabling works including stripping out, re-cladding and fitting out an existing commercial unit and the construction of a new atrium with an Ethylene tetrafluoroethylene roof linking to an adjacent building.

The work will also include structural alterations to the building's existing frame, replacement of existing drainage, external works and landscaping.

Completion of the project is expected in March 2010.
