Park regeneration, LAMBETH

Regeneration of park which will include upgraded footpaths, entrances, furniture, signage and restoration of park buildings.

Additional Information: This scheme was awarded £3.5 million of Heritage Lottery Funding. The client is looking to appoint a Multi-Discipline Consultancy Team. The consultancy team will be responsible for preparing and issuing tender documents for contractor services. Tender documents for contractor services are expected to be issued January/February 2010.
