Construction of a 45 bed boutique hotel, visitor centre for Hilbre Island, small retail units and new sailing club with cafe above. Please note this scheme has been scaled back from £10 million development with a 80 bed hotel and may now also include a small cinema. A planning application is expected to be submitted late 2009. Scheme is at an early stage.
