Consultation on sites suitable for future waste management covering the next 25 years.

Additional Information: Following the preferred options stage a final Waste PDP plan will be written and submitted to the Department of Communities and Local Government August 2010. A Public Exhibition will be held to comment on the soundness of the plan November/December 2010. The formal process where the Waste DPD is adopted by each of the Merseyside Districts as their statutory spatial plan for waste will take effect August 2011. A public consultation into a preferred options study is likely to be held early 2010. The preferred options study will identify the proposed number of locations.
