Brian James adds lightweight trailer

Brian James Trailers has introduced the CarGO Shifter range of lightweight trailers, which are said to be easy to tow and incorporate side steps for easy and safe worker access and exit.

The braked trailer range covers both single and twin-axle models with gross weights spanning from 1.5t to 3.5t, making them suitable to be towed by cars, vans and 4x4 vehicles. Payload capacities range from 1,050kg to 2.8t and there are at least six lashing points in the phenol loadbed.

The load bed is 390mm above ground level and comes in lengths between 2.6m and 4m, while the widths range from 1.24m to 1.85m. All are accessed via the tailgate, which doubles as a loading ramp. Prices start from £1,245 (ex-VAT) and options include an aluminium bed lining, push-down rear support legs, a ladder rack and removable mesh side extensions.
