Banff and Buchan College in Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire, is looking for a contractor to redevelop its campus at a cost of between £18m and £19m.
The project will be constructed on a phased basis as the campus will remain operational throughout the construction period. Banff and Buchan College may therefore decide to award the contract on a phase by phase basis.
The work involves improvement to circulation spaces and self-directed learning spaces.
The procurement route will follow a single stage design and build format, however, the design will be substantially complete prior to the tender issue.
Banff and Buchan College require the current Design Team (architectural, Civil and Structural Engineers, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers, BREAAM Consultants and Fire Engineer) to be novated.
Temporary accommodation for College use will have been provided prior to the appointment of the building contractor.
The deadline for expressions of interest is 4 December.
