Vinci Construction’s building division has won a £6.4m contract to build a three-storey sixth form teaching block at Harris Girls Academy, in East Dulwich, London.

The construction of the extension is the first phase in the refurbishment and extention of the school buildings at the Academy.

Work is set for completion in November 2010, allowing the refurbishment project, which is to be tendered separately, to follow in Spring 2011.
