Costain takes £250m Midlands highways maintenance deal

Costain in joint venture with Lafarge has won a £250m maintenance framework from the Highways Agency.

Under the Midlands Works Framework Contract 4, Costain will undertake structural work, surfacing and roadworks over two years.

The framework enables the Highways Agency to implement the Treasury's fiscal stimulus initiative.
