White Young Green confirms possible takeover

Consultancy White Young Green has confirmed that it has received an approach regarding a possible offer for the company.

In an update to the City the £140m company said that there was no certainty over whether an offer would be made and advised shareholders not to take any action.

It is not known at this stage who might be bidding for the firm.
