United House wins health jobs worth £23m

United House has bagged two contracts worth £23m to refurbish and redevelop NHS staff accommodation at hospitals in London and Surrey.

The two jobs are:

  • A two-year, £7m contract to provide 220 new and refurbished bed-space units at Redhill Hospital in Surrey.
  • A four-year, £16m contract to provide 376 new and refurbished homes across three sites in north London for the Royal Free Hospital.

United House strategic relations director Paul Nicholls said: "We are delighted to continue our excellent relationship with the NHS.  The award of the work is testament to the quality of United House’s work on NHS sites throughout London and the South East."
