Galliford Try wins two education jobs worth £16.3m

Galliford Try has won two contracts worht £16.3m to build facilities for Bucks New University and Liverpool Community College.

The contractor will take on a £13m design and build contract in partership with H2R to build the first phase of student accommocation for Bucks New University in High Wycombe.

Work started in August and will be completed by August 2009.

Meanwhile Galliford Try has also picked up a £3.3m job to build a four storey extension for Liverpool Community College. The extension will be at the rear of its Arts Centre and Mulberry Street campuses. Completion is expected in April 2009.
