Norwest Holst scoops £50m college deal

Norwest Holst has won a £50m contract to design and build a new sixth form college in Luton.

The firm, which is part of Vinci, will build the 16,000m² college in the grounds of the existing Luton Sixth Form College, which will remain open during construction.

Work is expected to start mid-November and be completed by spring 2010.

Improvements to community sporting facilities are also included in the contract.
