Balfour launches simulator as part of Driver Risk Management programme

As part of its Driver Risk Management programme, Balfour Beatty has launched a driving simulator to reduce the risk of accidents and improve fuel efficiency.

It uses Cranfield University's psychometric testing to assess employees' strengths and weaknesses behind the wheel, with drivers undertaking a number of scenarios on the simulator.
