Rok has won three deals in the Highlands worth around £11m.
Rok's managing director in Scotland, George Fraser, told the Scotsman that the contractor had been awarded a £7.2m contract to build 77 homes in Portree on the Isle of Skye.
It is also set to build a £3.5m swimming pool at Skibo Castle in Sutherland, due for completion in September 2009.
The third contract was a £700,000 order from Highlands and Islands Enterprise to build an office unit at Dunoon in Argyll.
Rok has 13 offices and 1,300 staff in Scotland following its acquisition of Tulloch for £31m in 2006.
