Flare loses out on £400m Crossrail delivery partner job

The Flare joint venture between Fluor, Arup and EC Harris is thought to have lost out on the bid for the £400m project delivery partner role on Crossrail.

A Crossrail spokeswoman declined to confirm or deny the news.

Crossrail is preparing to make an official announcement on the shortlist later today.

The four bidders remaining are

  • Bechtel
  • Legacy 3 – a joint venture between Parsons Brinckerhoff and Balfour Beatty Management
  • A joint venture between Capita Symonds and NNN
  • Laing O'Rourke/Atkins

A winner will be announced in March.
