White Young Green moves finance director to new post

White Young Green has been juggling with its top management team and a result is that Bob Hartley, the current finance director, moves into the post of services director with as string of responsibilities that include commercial, quality assurance, compliance and risk management.

David Wilton steps in Hartley’s shoes as the new finance director.

WYG has been on something of a roller-coaster in recent times, culminating in the departure of chief executive Lawrie Haynes 'by mutual consent' in early January.

Wilton comes from Adler & Allan where he was finance director. Prior to that he was a director in the investment banking division of Rothschild.

A qualified chartered accountant, Wilton spent the early part of his career at Price Waterhouse.

Hartley will continue his role as company secretary.
