Royal Terrace Gardens Restoration Works: Pre-cast concrete path, bridge, viewing platform and associated groundworks

Torbay Council invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to design, supply, fabricate and install a new pre-cast concrete path, bridge and viewing platform, with associated groundworks and lighting works. This is Phase one pathworks of the Royal Terrace Garden restoration works.

Following Pre-qualification a minimum of four providers will be invited to submit a Tender for these works.Following the Tender process the selected provider will be expected to assist the design team in developing the project from RIBA plan of work stage D to completion of RIBA plan of work stage F.

The final contract sum will then be negotiated and suitable approval obtained to enable final Contract award (based on the JCT Intermediate Building Contract 2005).The anticipated completion of the project is March 2010, with the programme being finalised during this process.
